The Gateway - Leeds

 

This £75million scheme, which won ‘Best City Centre' development consists of 550 residential apartments, a 215 bed hotel, retail and commercial space together with underground parking for 250 vehicles illustrated in the commercial photography. It is the largest ever residential site to be built in the centre of Leeds.  The centre-piece of the development is the stunning central atrium which many of the apartments open onto that creates an airy vertical column at the centre of the structure captured in this commercial photography.

Green Oak House, Liss

 

 

This green oak frame extension to a modest three bedroom cottage in Liss, Hampshire was shot as commercial photography for use by Move or Improve magazine as a the main feature that ran over five pages.  The owner runs his own green oak frame company and has used his skills and knowledge to develop a showcase for his business.  Key features are the pagoda style roof structure in the master bedroom, shown in commercial photography, where the multiple green oak beams have been left bare as a ceiling feature all with joint and peg construction and the drying cracks or shakes that open up in the soft green oak as it dries.
