The High Wycombe Town Centre extension is a much needed addition to the towns retail and leisure facilities, comprising of considerable retail including a new House of Fraser and Marks and Spencer store, a new bus station, 12 cinemas, bowling, and numerous restaurants. Haskoll, with Multiplex Developments, has been instrumental in implementing the design and following it through to construction.

The Cine UK complex in High Wycombe was built by Multiplex as part of the 78,967m² Eden retail and leisure development.

Complex acoustic drylining systems were installed throughout the cinema's 12 screens and in the foyer and retail areas.  The supply contract was awarded to Lafarge because of the strength of its high-performance acoustic partitioning range and its proven and long standing reputation with Cine UK and in the cinema sector generally.  It had previously supplied all the materials for the Cine UK complex in Yeovil and the Ster Century Cinema in Basingstoke, as well as many others across the UK.
