The Real Food Festival collected a stellar cast of some of the
top chefs in the UK and Europe, along with other leading people in the
food trade, to strut their stuff at the Food Theatre at the Earls Court exhibition centre.
Luminaries for this year included:
- Show ambassador Raymond Blanc, chef propetior of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire - Fergus Henderson, the ‘head to toe’ chef-proprietor of the St John restaurant - Show ambassador Oliver Rowe, head chef and owner of KONSTAM- Ashley Palmer Watts, head chef at Heston Blumenthal's three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck - Allegra McEvedy from Leon Restaurants - Marcus Eaves - L'Autre Pied- Nic Watt, head chef at Roka - Andrew Parkinson, executive chef at Fifteen- Cyrus Todiwalli - Cafe Spice Namaste owner- Sanjay Dwivedi, head chef of the Michelin-starred Zaika in Kensington- Valentina Harris, chef, writer and restaurateur- Chocolatier Willie Harcourt-Cooze- Show amabassador Thomasina Miers, TV food presenter and owner of Wahaca restaurant - Celebrity visitors and food fans including Amy Lame'- Michelin-starred chefs from the Languedoc Roussillon region of Southern France
