LH2 is a flexible rehearsal and event environment with a ground floor area of 1,668.8sqm (17,693sqft) and a high clearance of 18.1 (60ft).  Typical usage includes touring music rehearsals, large scale stage and theatre productions, corporate conferences/events/exhibitions, or as a sound stage for film and TV productions.  The main event space has a rigging grid installed at a height of 18 metres, capable of holding in excess of 60 tonnes.

In addition to the main studio area, there are 3 large dressing/green rooms, a visiting production office, a meeting/board room, dining room and a kitchen for visiting catering companies to bring in their own equipment.  The loading dock accommodates 6 trucks with parking for an additional 4 trucks on site and at least 3 tour buses.

The zinc shingles, frame the fully glazed conference rooms whilst reducing solar gain to the south elevation of the building.  Blue architectural wall panels create contrast on the main studio area.
